Food for the Whole Family
Ashford Junction Depot will be opening soon first with a food truck that will travel in Cattaraugus, Chautauqua and Erie County to events. We will be serving Hershey Ice Cream and Slushies! Soon after our restaurant and shop will open. Our shop will feature handmade items from local artists such as candles, lotion bars, cloth paper towels, knitted hats & gloves and more. We will have a refill station for refilling your cleaning products to help save on plastic waste from Common Goods. Also, Melanie will be doing her custom shirts, cups and mugs in the shop. Ice cream will be sold in the shop in an expanded form from the Food truck along with baked goods. We will then open the restaurant up for breakfast, pizza, wings and soups. We hope to keep the history of the building alive and offer the area a family friendly atmosphere for delicious food and a variety of one of a kind items. We hope to become a must-visit Ice Cream Shop in Ellicottville NY . We hope to be known for our professional service and high-quality products, we will aim to be your only stop when it comes to ice cream and more.

All About Us
Ashford Junction Depot is the definition of delicious! We, Michael and Melanie the owners live near Ellicottville with our 3 children and love the beautiful area. We are both Veterans and have always wanted to open a business that would bring families together to enjoy spending time with each other. We are excited to be on this adventure and cannot wait to see the final destination. We are brand new in 2021 and ready to serve you! Our Food Truck ran this summer at many events in Chautauqua and Cattaraugus County. Soon we will also have a full-service Ice Cream Shop, store and restaurant in Ellicottville that we hope will become an important part of the local community. We look forward to seeing you soon!
